Brittany is a Licensed Marriage Therapist, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Brittany is an Author, Teacher, and also a Brainspotting Practitioner. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology & Premedical Science, and has a Dual-Masters Degree of Science in both Professional Counseling & Marriage & Family Therapy. She have over 8 years of clinical experience in Trauma Recovery & Trauma Healing, PTSD, Anxiety disorders, Marriage & Couples Counseling, Grief/loss, Life transitions, building confidence & self-esteem. She has extensive years of experience in intensive outpatient services, opioid & AOD recovery groups, Schizophreniform, Bipolar, Borderline, DID, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Infidelity, and Parenting. She is also a certified state teacher at a local college teaching adults various courses.
Brittany has extensively trained in over 300 hours in Neuroscience, Marriage & Relationship Systems, Psychology, Extensively trained in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, Family & Integrative Modalities, Brainspotting (roots in EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical, Neuro-Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Interventions. Certified Anxiety Specialist.

Rita Kinstle MA, LPCC-S
Supervisor/Clinician
Rita is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor status in the State of Ohio. She has worked in the mental health and recovery field for the past 27 years. Rita has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health clinics, private practice, and the United States military. She provided clinical supervision and oversight for intensive outpatient and recovery services at Detroit Community Mental Health and served 4 years as a teaching assistant for the mental health and social work program at Oakland College.
Rita is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and a Certified EMDR provider. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is among the top evidence-based protocols for treating posttraumatic stress. Her special areas of interest include psychological trauma and substance abuse conditions. Rita has a heart for serving others and facilitating the healing process so that individuals and families can reach their full potential. When Rita is not serving her clients, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, going on bike rides, and being outdoors.
